Section 1: Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in a program at Real School of UX, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not enroll in a program or access any of our materials.
1.2 Changes to Terms and Conditions
Real School of UX reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Real School of UX website. Your continued use of the program or materials after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Privacy Policy Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Section 2: Student Requirements
2.1 Eligibility
To enroll in a program at Real School of UX, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
2.2 Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the enrollment process. If any of your information changes, you must notify Real School of UX immediately.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login information with anyone else.
2.4 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having access to the necessary equipment and software to participate in the program, including:
- A computer with internet access
- The required software specified in the program description
- Any additional hardware or software specified in the program description or by Real School of UX
Section 3: Program Enrollment and Access
3.1 Enrollment Process
To enroll in a program at Real School of UX, you must complete the enrollment process and pay the applicable fees.
3.2 Enrollment Rejection
Real School of UX reserves the right to reject any enrollment for any reason.
3.3 Program Materials Access
Upon enrollment, you will be granted access to the program materials for the duration of the program.
3.4 Access Platform
Access to the program materials will be provided through the Real School of UX website or other platform designated by Real School of UX.
3.5 Termination of Access
Real School of UX reserves the right to terminate your access to the program materials if you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other policies or guidelines posted on the Real School of UX website.
3.6 Distribution of Materials
You are not permitted to share, distribute, or otherwise make available any of the program materials to any third party without the prior written consent of Real School of UX.
3.7 Termination of Access after Program Completion
Upon completion of the program, your access to the program materials will be terminated, except as otherwise provided by Real School of UX.
Section 4: Program Structure and Curriculum
4.1 Program Structure
Real School of UX offers various programs that may differ in length and content. The program structure and schedule may vary depending on the specific program the student has enrolled in. Real School of UX reserves the right to modify the program structure at any time, with notice to the students.
4.2 Curriculum
Real School of UX’s curriculum has been designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required for a career in UX design. The curriculum may be modified by Real School of UX to reflect changes in the industry and advancements in technology. Real School of UX will notify students in advance of any changes to the curriculum.
4.3 Program Completion Requirements
To successfully complete a program, students must fulfill the following requirements:
- Attend and complete all required coursework, assignments, and assessments within the specified timeframe.
- Achieve a passing grade in all assessments and assignments.
- Maintain an overall minimum grade average of 70%.
If a student fails to meet these requirements, they may be given the opportunity to repeat the course or module at an additional cost.
Section 5: Tuition and Payment
5.1 Tuition Fees
Real School of UX charges tuition fees for each program offered. The tuition fee may vary depending on the program the student has enrolled in. The student is responsible for paying the tuition fees in full by the specified due date.
5.2 Refunds
Real School of UX has a refund policy in place for students who withdraw from the program. The refund amount may vary depending on the timing of the withdrawal and the program the student has enrolled in. Real School of UX reserves the right to modify the refund policy at any time.
Section 6: Code of Conduct
6.1 Expected Behavior
Real School of UX expects all students to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Students are expected to:
- Respect the opinions and viewpoints of others.
- Communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
- Refrain from using inappropriate or offensive language.
- Not engage in behavior that may be harmful or offensive to others.
6.2 Prohibited Behavior
Real School of UX prohibits the following behavior:
- Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind.
- Inappropriate or offensive language or behavior.
- Plagiarism or cheating in any form.
- Sharing confidential or proprietary information.
- Engaging in unlawful behavior.
6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Behavior
Real School of UX takes prohibited behavior seriously and reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
- Issuing a warning to the student.
- Suspending or terminating the student’s enrollment in the program.
- Refusing to issue a certificate of completion.
Section 7: Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
Real School of UX owns all intellectual property related to the program and curriculum, including but not limited to:
- Course materials
- Assignments and assessments
- Lectures and presentations
7.2 Use of Intellectual Property
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the intellectual property for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the program. Students may not use the intellectual property for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Real School of UX.
7.3 Student Work
Students retain ownership of their own work and assignments completed during the program, but Real School of UX reserves the right to use such work for educational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
Displaying student work on Real School of UX’s website or social media channels Showcasing student work at events and conferences Using student work in advertising and marketing materials
Real School of UX will make reasonable efforts to notify students and obtain their consent before using their work for promotional purposes, but this is not a guarantee. By enrolling in the program, students grant Real School of UX a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their work for the purposes described in this section.
7.4 Infringement
Real School of UX takes intellectual property infringement seriously and will take appropriate legal action to protect its rights. If a student is found to have infringed upon Real School of UX’s intellectual property, the student may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination from the program, and may be held liable for damages.
Section 8: Communications
8.1 Communication Policy
Real School of UX maintains a safe and learning-focused community for all students. Users agree to abide by the Real School of UX communications policy, which prohibits:
- Any inappropriate communication containing language and content referred to in the Code of Conduct
- Posting of links/ads to products/services that could substitute any part of the Real School of UX learning experience
- Commercial activity such as buying and selling
- Propagation of unlawful behavior
8.2 Withdrawal
Real School of UX reserves the right to withdraw students from their Program for violations of the Code of Conduct or Communications Policy. Real School of UX also reserves the right to withdraw students who fail to meet the requirements for their chosen program or fail to make satisfactory academic progress.
If a student is withdrawn from their Program, they may be entitled to a refund of tuition fees as outlined in the Refund Policy in Section 9.
8.3 Program Changes and Cancellations
Real School of UX reserves the right to modify or cancel any program, course, or module at any time without notice. In the event of a program, course, or module cancellation, Real School of UX will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative options to students affected by the cancellation.
If a program or course is modified, Real School of UX will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the changes do not significantly alter the program’s original purpose and that students are notified of the changes in a timely and transparent manner.
8.4 Program Completion
Students must complete all required coursework and assessments to be eligible for program completion. Real School of UX will issue a certificate of completion to students who have successfully completed their Program.
Real School of UX reserves the right to withhold a certificate of completion if a student has violated the Code of Conduct or Communications Policy, failed to meet the requirements of their program, or failed to make satisfactory academic progress.
Section9: Refund Policy
9.1 Refund Eligibility
The Real School of UX offers refunds in certain circumstances. Refund eligibility is determined based on the date of withdrawal and the reason for withdrawal.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason after the course start date. The Real School of UX reserves the right to modify the refund policy at any time without notice.
9.2 Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, students must contact the Real School of UX’s support team in writing. Refund requests will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt.
If a refund is approved, the Real School of UX will issue the refund within 14 business days of approval. The refund amount will be calculated based on the date of withdrawal and the reason for withdrawal, as outlined in the Refund Schedule in Section 9.3.
9.3 Refund Schedule
The refund schedule outlines the amount of tuition fees that will be refunded based on the date of withdrawal and the reason for withdrawal.
Date of Withdrawal:
- Prior to start date: 100% refund
- Within the first week of the course: 75% refund
- Within the second week of the course: 50% refund
- Within the third week of the course: 25% refund
- After the third week of the course: No refund
Reason for Withdrawal:
- Student requests withdrawal: Refund based on the refund schedule
- Real School of UX withdraws student for Code of Conduct or Communications Policy violation: No refund
Section 10: Privacy Policy
The Real School of UX respects the privacy of its students and is committed to protecting their personal information. The following Privacy Policy outlines how the Real School of UX collects, uses, and protects student information.
10.1 Information Collection
The Real School of UX collects information from students during the enrollment process and throughout the duration of their program. This information may include, but is not limited to:
- Name
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Payment information
- Coursework and assessment data
- Feedback and evaluations
10.2 Information Use
The Real School of UX uses student information for the following purposes:
- Enrollment and program management
- Communication with students
- Coursework and assessment evaluation
- Feedback and evaluation
10.3 Information Disclosure
The Real School of UX may disclose student information in the following circumstances:
To employees or contractors who need the information to perform their job duties and who are bound by confidentiality agreements To comply with a legal obligation, such as a subpoena or court order To prevent or investigate potential wrongdoing or fraudulent activity To protect the safety and security of students, staff, or the general public To a successor in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, or other change in ownership of the Real School of UX To third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, customer service, or technical support
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
10.4 Data Security
The Real School of UX takes the security of student information seriously and employs appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information.
However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information and assume no liability for unauthorized access to or loss of your personal information.
10.5 Data Retention
The Real School of UX retains student information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in section 10.2. When student information is no longer necessary for these purposes, we will securely delete or destroy it.
10.6 Changes to Privacy Policy
The Real School of UX reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective as of the date it is posted, and we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.
